Recommend an expert in the field, able to present an achievable plan of action to solve a corresponding urgent national problem, as listed in the 'Recommended Topics' catalog. Groups brainstorming and forming at the discussion board can Recommend a spokesperson for their group, and individuals can self-Recommend. ProblemSolvers are members of the public, deserving a platform to share their innovative Solution(s). Elected officials or government employees are not eligible.
Recommended candidates are invited to propose a ProblemSolver Solution at the site, for consideration by public rating and Selection Committee review. ProblemSolver Solutions have the potential to become a 'People's Resolution.'
